Strategic Storytelling
Drive Your Personal and Organizational Success with Strategic Storytelling™

Storytelling Makes Your Messages Connect
In a world with too much information and very little time, only stories have the power to truly resonate. Consider this program tailored for a figure like Maria Howard, a fictional business leader.

While Ms. Howard undeniably possesses the requisite knowledge for her role, modern professionals face a fresh imperative: to influence rather than just inform. Thus, Ms. Howard must embrace a new mode of communication: storytelling. This skill is indispensable across corporate domains, including marketing, data analytics, diversity, and inclusion.
Crafting narratives that captivate and connect is crucial. We must avoid common pitfalls:
- Building Connection and Credibility with Stories
- Overcoming Objections
- Bringing Meaning and Action to Data
- Launching a Change Program
Remember, without storytelling, our communications fall on deaf ears. Business stories are not mere tales; they are pragmatic, logical, and possess the power to leave a lasting impression.
What Does it Cover?
Fundamentals
- Building Connection and Credibility with Stories
- Overcoming Objections
- Bringing Meaning and Action to Data
- Launching a Change Program
Once participants develop these skills, they will possess the tools to build their influence and guide others in the desired direction, which is the essence of leadership.
Scenario Based
The workshop is Scenario-Based Learning (SBL) and uses interactive scenarios to support active learning strategies. It normally involves participants working their way through a storyline, usually based around a complex problem, which they are required to solve. In the process, participants must apply their story knowledge.
Scenario Based Content

We will work with the client to refine these scenarios further.
Learning Modes
We have successfully delivered this workshop in various formats.
- Face to Face
- Virtual
- Modular Class
Post Program
We are aware that a behavior change doesn't happen by attending an 8-hour workshop. So, we have created a community of Strategic Storytelling Workshop Participants on a closed private Facebook Group. In this group, we post 2 videos every week.
Our learning has been that post-learning programs have to be short, practical, methodical, relevant , and easy to access. Weekly email triggers or monthly modules do not lead to an impact because they provide content in a non-engaging way that demands t he audience’s time. We have tried this and it has not worked.
Another area that we are focused on as post-learning is to give 2 hours of our time to help build a story-led communication that your team has to deliver. A practical application that we will work with you on. Our interesting observation has been that in a workplace, when we see one successful application of learning, it becomes an Ideavirus and everybody feels motivated to want to become good, and application of the learnt discipline triggers.
