It is our lack of emotional intelligence that makes us do this but in-fact the best failure stories are the ones that step away from 𝘣𝘭𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘵, embrace empathy, and understand 𝗪𝐇𝐀𝐓 not 𝗪𝐇𝐎 led to the failure. The impact of your storytelling is highly dependant on how you frame it.
